Delivery Info
Most of the lenses we supply are in stock and dispatched within 5 business days, and normally within 7 days for non stock lenses. Delivery to you by Royal Mail is normally 5 business days for in stock items. If a lens is custom made we will try to give an expected delivery date at the time of order.
United Kingdom
Shipping Method - All items delivered will be dispatched FREE using Royal Mail First Class. You do NOT have to sign for your delivery UNLESS your order value is greater than £120 or you choose Recorded Delivery as an option at the time of placing your order.
Shipping times:
- Daily Lenses and stock lenses about 5 business days
- Non stock lenses about 7 business days
- Custom lenses 7 - 14 business days. You will be notified if there is a longer delivery time. Typically, non stock lenses are soft toric, coloured lenses, bifocal and some extended wear lenses.
Recorded and Special Delivery
Recorded Delivery - You will have to sign for the parcel. This is available for all orders as a selectable option when you place your order.
EEC/Europe
Shipping Method - All items delivered will be dispatched by Royal mail, for a charge of £5.00. Your items are trackable using this method to the point of delivery.
Shipping times:
- Stock lenses 5 - 12 days
- Custom lenses 7 - 14 days. You will be notified if there is a long delivery time. Typically, non stock lenses are soft toric, coloured lenses, bifocal and some extended wear lenses.
